My Story

Lisa Muten teaches Hatha Flow Style Yoga, Yoga for Sports and a Yoga for Tennis class aimed for all levels of practitioners. With a focus on combining breath and movement to develop students awareness, strength and mobility.


Lisa completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaCampus in 2021. Having practiced Yoga for over 20 years her practice has explored Ashtanga, Shadow, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Styles and her teaching style reflects her embodied knowledge of these practices.
