Yoga Classes
All classes are open to people of all levels, age and physical conditions.
Yoga for me is moving meditation and in a standard class I teach what I practise, that is, a moderately dynamic yoga combining mental awareness, free movements and attention to alignment. With small groups I am more creative and we can explore less usual techniques and sequences.
My aim is to have a small group of practitioners and work with them rather than giving them instructions, and I love the challenge of adapting my teaching to the needs of the students.
