Restore Natural Breath

Our breath has been with us since our birth. The first event of our life was an inhalation, since then, we have been breathing 25000 times a day. Breathing should be our most natural activity. And yet, we often do not breathe well. We breathe shallowly, in the chest, we hold, we breathe through the mouth... 

We will bring our natural breath back!

Learn Breathing Techniques

Breathing can be more exhilarating than caffeine and chocolate, more soothing than alcol or camomille, more balancing than a detoxing therapy. 

We will explore a range of techniques that will allow us to adapt our breath to support the activity that we are doing.
